By accessing and using CodeMaster4's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

CodeMaster4 provides custom software development services including:

• E-commerce solutions
• Custom software development
• API development and integration
• Maintenance and support services

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the scope may result in additional charges.

3.2 Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional work billed at agreed hourly rates
• Late payments may incur additional fees

3.3 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Make payments according to agreed schedule

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. CodeMaster4 retains rights to:

• General methodologies and techniques
• Reusable code components and frameworks
• Knowledge and experience gained

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide a 30-day warranty on all custom development work for bug fixes and issues directly related to our code. This warranty does not cover:

• Third-party service failures
• Hosting or server issues
• Changes requested by the client
• Issues caused by client modifications

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeMaster4's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
